What to Know Before You Register:
Registration is $100 per attendee, with a $500 maximum per school or district. Elders, college students and presenters, may register at no cost. You may also complete a group registration on behalf of others without registering yourself as an attendee. At the end of registration, you will have the option to pay by credit card or request an invoice for payment by check.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Registration cancellation requests received at event@southdakotaies.com on or before October 29, 2026 will be eligible for a refund. Because final attendance and meal counts must be submitted to the venue two weeks prior to the Summit, registrations are non-refundable after October 29, 2026. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional charge.

The Summit is scheduled to proceed as planned unless conditions require cancellation by the event organizers. If the Summit is canceled by the organizers due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and information regarding refunds or other arrangements will be provided.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for individual travel disruptions, weather conditions in an attendee’s area, or other circumstances that prevent an individual from attending when the Summit itself remains scheduled.
